ABOUT US
Short Course Program is introduced as one of the programs under International School of Muamalat & Finance (ISMF) to provide life learning and employment focused fields for knowledge seeking societies. Any single course or a mix of courses offered from five faculties (Islamic Sciences, Language, Finance & Administrative Sciences, Computer and Information Technology, and Education) and from Research and Development Department, may be taken to suit individual interests and training needs. These Short courses are highly practical in nature as well as useful for career exploration and development. The courses are delivered by industry professionals and the university’s academicsians who are specifically trained to build skills that are immediately applicable in the workplace and day to day practical development.

ISMF is taking the initiative to promote the short courses for all faculties of MEDIU to enhance the awareness to the public. With numerous short courses available on daily basis, the public will have easy access on selected subjects of their interest. This promotion not only attracts the knowledge seeking public but also provide an advantage to all faculties in marketing their academic programs.
The short courses offered are recognized under the university faculty academic programs and therefore an excellent tool to lead the participants a pathway to university programs. Upon completion of the assessment requirements of the course, students are awarded a Certificate of Achievement from Al Madinah International University as an incentive to upgrade their level of education. By developing a renowned certificate program that provides participants with a specialized skillset for a particular industry and long life learning, stakeholders and future students will recognize the university’s capabilities in a particular field. This can help with long-term growth, revenue generation and even marketing and branding for the university.
