Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences
Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences of Al-Madinah International University is established to create connections with the business world. The Faculty has a strong and dedicated faculty comprising professors with different areas of specialization including marketing, economics, management and accounting and other academic staffs with PhD and Master qualifications. Members of the Faculty work as a creative and entrepreneurial team towards creating high quality, accessible and relevant learning opportunities. In response to increasing worldwide demand the Faculty has developed successful online programs at different levels including the Bachelor, Master and PhD programs.
The bachelor programs are Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Marketing, and Bachelor of Business Administration in E-Commerce (Hons). The master programs are Master in Accounting, Master in Business Management, Master in Islamic Banking and Finance, Master of Economics, and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The PhD programs are Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in Business Management, Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in Accounting, Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in Economics, and Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) in Islamic Banking and Finance.
The Faculty acknowledges the fact that business world is exposed to the volatile changes and oscillations in the global political, economic and technological situations. In preparing students to face with the unpredictable and dynamic environments, the Faculty focuses on the development of competencies in the graduates in managing changes and adapting to the changes. The aims is to ensure that future graduates acquire the necessary competency and possess the essential soft skills particularly in the business inter-related dimensions including banking and finance, international trade, international logistics and international relations within this dynamic environment.
The Faculty develops curriculums and teaching methods to equip graduates with the learning skills to enable them adapt to the future career shifts. The advancement of studies in the field of business is benchmarked against the curriculum of the international standards. This is to ensure competitiveness and to elevate the level of graduates to receive national and international recognition. With the blessing from Al-mighty and hard effort, the Faculty aims at increasing the number of students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The faculty works towards creating a conducive teaching and learning environment for the faculty members and students.
Faculty of Computer and Information Technology
Welcome to the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, Al-Madinah International University. This faculty is established to bridge the digital divide and to strengthen the foundation of the knowledge society in a world that is progressing rapidly in technological development. The faculty focuses on the teaching knowledge areas of computer science and information technology which include theory and practical skill. The regulated learning environment provides the lecturers and students facilities such as computers, information networks and IT tools. They excel in the development of engineering and information systems, electronic transactions that are able to be applied innovatively in our daily life.
The faculty offers academic programmes for various levels from diploma to doctor of philosophy that serve the needs of the community and address the requirements for development and market. These programmes are adherence with international academic standards. The faculty works to establish effective partnerships and cooperation agreements with the industrial sector by conducting seminars of an integrated technical system and developing systems via infrastructure and technical services provided by qualified personnel.
The faculty aims to ensure graduates have the competency in using computer, information technology and other available resources in the various scientific and applied field. The advancement of studies in the field of computer are at par with curriculum of other colleges. This is to ensure competitiveness and to raise the level of graduates in the field of information technology in accordance with their specialties. With the blessing from Al-mighty and hard work, the number of students, scientific activities, programs of undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Providing facilities and means that will create an atmosphere conducive to creative work by faculty members and students.

Thus achievements to increase the future status, become a scientific nucleus in science, increase experience, expand horizons where ideas are organized, grow capabilities and high grades, and serve humanity in the best way in computer and information technology.
Faculty of Education
Faculty of Education of the Madinah University aspires with its diversified educational programs to promote educational knowledge and implement it at all educational levels, establish an outstanding learning and teaching environment as well as scientific research and develop work mechanisms in harmony with the ever-renewable technological milieu and challenges in constantly changing world.
The aim is to achieve permanent growth for the community within the scope of international educational standards to ascertain quality and established diverse programs. The establishment of the faculty coincided with the institution of the university objectively and ideologically. One of the university’s priorities was to comprise within a faculty specialized in applied and theoretical disciplines till the current project took shape in 2009; nonetheless, its execution and realization were put on hold to prepare solid, academic syllabus is intended to be of high and diverse quality. Praise be to Allah, the faculty proceeded to set up educational programs in 2010 in an important and vital educational major: the domain of curricula and teaching methods, following the inception of the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methods.
The launch of the project initiated with two postgraduate programs for PhD and master in education in the disciplines of teaching methods and curricula, equally approved by the university’s academic senate and the Malaysian Accreditation and Quality Commission. The approval was extended to two other programs: Master and PhD in educational psychology and the fundamentals of education and educational administration. The faculty is still generating new educational programs to open up vast horizons to students in education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels as full-time or distant learners.
The aim would be consolidating the concept of complementary between education and other Islamic disciplines in a modern educational framework that embraces both tradition and modernity via two introductory methods: the online and on campus modes. The university’s management hopes that these programs facilitate the introduction of other educational platforms that allow for the attainment of both the learners and researchers’ aspirations; and through which, the community benefits at large.
Faculty of Islamic Sciences
Faculty of Islamic Sciences is the pioneer and largest academic faculty of the university and covers diverse Islamic Sciences disciplines by combining traditional educational material by connecting it through the modern learning technique. The courses offered are trying to produce graduates not only excel academically, but also enable them to enlighten and describes the benefits and beauty of Islam should be practiced in their daily life, as a guide to the life of Islam, as practiced by the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W and to spread his teachings and disseminate the Islamic knowledge.
Faculty of Languages
Faculty of Languages offers a varieties of programs includes foundation, bachelor and postgraduate programs which is fully delivered in the Arabic language. The programs offered are intended to maintain the designation of Arabic words and not to be confused with the meaning of the text based on the Quran. The study also highlighted the connotation of understanding and knowledge of the right and understand the structure of a statement in Arabic regulatory system. Programs offered include some teaching related to the cognitive system in the Arabic language and its literature through the various stages of pre-Islamic times, the early days of Islam, the modern day era and comparative studies, the definition of linguistic and date of creation and evolution are diverse.
MEDIU foster learning in the developing abilities of domestic and international students to use Arabic for academic purposes, allowing them to engage more fully in their programs, in an enjoyable manner. It is rich in material’s language skills, assets related to language and lexical heritage, and the cutting-edge characteristics of the structures offer significant benefits in better understanding the cognitive language Arabic literature.
